For coaches, consultants, and boutique training firms
Your own Instant Academy is a white label training platform with your domain, your branding, and 700+ micro courses to build your offer around. So stop sending links, and start delivering a program.
Welcome to your academy
Pam Green, one of DC's top 20 executive coaches, kept sending clients resources until one told her, "Pam, if you send me one more link to a book, I'm going to scream." Expertise is only worth something if clients can use it. A branded platform turns your advice into something they can open, finish, and credit to you.
Here's the trouble with links. They send clients to someone else's brand, and nobody can tell what got finished. A white label training platform fixes both problems, because every course, progress bar, and certificate sits under your name. In other words, the learning becomes part of your offer instead of homework from a stranger. Plus, you stop spending evenings hunting for resources, since the library is already built.
Everything below comes with a dedicated academy. Specifically, you get the platform, the course library, and the tools to run it, so you don't have to stitch apps together yourself.
Your domain, your logo, and your colors on a dedicated academy. You license the courses and own the academy, so the client relationship stays with you.
700+ business soft skill micro courses across 39 categories, 5 to 20 minutes each. Browse the online soft skills courses.
Curated pathways of 2 to 4 hours over several weeks, so clients always know where to start and when they're done.
Your own courses alongside ours, whether The URL dr builds them or you bring them from elsewhere.
Progress tracking and completion certificates for every learner. That way, clients have proof of what they finished.
Optional Program Management: setup, enrollment, tech support, and monthly reports handled for you.
Clients sign up with email or social login on your branded site, not ours.
Sell bundles and subscriptions, and track partner referrals with the built-in affiliate program.
Want the full list? See every one of the learning management system features inside each academy.
If people already pay you for what you know, this is for you. However, the way you use it depends on how you work.
You already have the expertise. The academy gives clients something useful to do between sessions. For example, pathways like The Accidental Leader and New Manager, No Manual pair naturally with leadership coaching.
Your engagement ends, but the learning doesn't have to. Instead of a binder, leave each client with a branded academy and pathways like Say What You Mean or Service That Sells.
You build programs for clients. Rather than writing every course from scratch, start with 700+ and add your own. Also, The URL dr can build custom courses or translate them, since we're an e-learning agency first.
White-labeled academies already run for Pamela J Green Solutions, Nonprofit Solutions, Peak Growth Solutions, Position Yourself The Learning Portal, and Coston Consulting. Coston Elevate, for example, is a law firm training platform for lawyers. You can see more white label LMS examples on our stories page.
Training your own staff or your members instead? Then look at our elearning platform for companies or our LMS for associations.
White-label in the wild
Pam Green is consistently voted one of DC's top 20 executive coaches. Her clients are busy executives, and the books and videos she sent weren't landing. Instead, she wanted credible content they could finish, under her own name. So we launched Leading with Influence Academy, a white-labeled learning platform with 125 micro courses of 5 to 15 minutes each. The courses cover leadership, team building, and personal development. As a result, her expertise now ships as a product she can bring to corporate teams.
"I looked high and low. I mean, I really scoured everything. When I found you, I was like, okay, deal's over. We're done. I'll be honest, there weren't any other entities out there that were doing what you were doing and the way that you were doing it and providing the support. I think what you offer is something extremely unique. You are the purple unicorn that allows organizations to be creative and innovative."

You don't need a course-building budget to launch. You need a clear problem you solve and a way for clients to pay. Here's how most offers come together.
Pick a pathway that matches the problem you already solve. Each one runs 2 to 4 hours over several weeks. For example, a leadership coach might start with The Accidental Leader, while a sales consultant might start with Sell Without the Sleaze.
Next, put your own courses next to ours. You can bring courses you already have, or The URL dr can build them for you. Either way, they sit in the same academy under your brand.
Then decide how clients pay. The built-in checkout handles bundles and subscriptions, so you can sell one pathway or a full membership. Plus, the built-in affiliate program tracks links, sales, and commissions when partners send clients your way.
Finally, use progress tracking and completion certificates to show clients what they completed. With Program Management, you also get monthly usage reports, which help when a corporate client asks what they're getting for the money.
Every course includes learning objectives, a video, a downloadable resource, knowledge checks, and a certificate. Also, if your clients work in French or Spanish, The URL dr does translation and localization.
Our prices are on the page, because nobody enjoys a "call for pricing" button. The content license is priced per year by number of users. For example, 10 users is $3,000 a year, 25 users is $5,700, 50 users is $6,600, and 100 users is $7,800. On top of that, there's a one-time setup fee: $499 on the shared platform or $999 for a dedicated academy.
Groups under 50 start on the shared YourTrainingBase platform, and a dedicated white-labeled academy is available for an extra charge. From 50 users up, you get a dedicated academy on your domain with your branding. Contracts are annual, you can add users, and you can cancel any time before renewal. Program Management is optional and priced separately. See every tier on the LMS pricing page.
A dedicated academy takes about a month. Here's what happens during that month, and what happens after launch.
We set up your platform, apply your branding, and configure your first pathways.
You invite clients and learning begins, self-paced, on the pathways you choose.
With Program Management, monthly usage reports show what's working.
Want to look around first? Book an LMS demo and we'll walk you through the platform.
