For companies
The Instant Academy is an elearning platform for companies that gives your people a branded learning site: your logo, your domain, and a full library of business soft skill micro courses. Better yet, most academies are live within a few weeks.

Custom courses make sense for what only your company knows. However, for leadership, communication, customer service, and the other skills every team needs, you shouldn't pay for a custom build or ask people to dig through a giant catalog. Instead, an employee training platform like The Instant Academy gives you the library, organized into short pathways, on a site that looks like yours.
What your people get
Dedicated academies for 50 or more employees run on your domain with your logo and colors. You license the courses and own the academy.
Short sequences built around one outcome, so new managers, service teams, and new hires each know exactly where to begin.
Progress tracking and a completion certificate for every course, for every learner.
Add courses you already have, or have The URL dr build them, right alongside the library.
Rather not run another system? In that case, we handle setup, enrollment, tech support, and monthly usage reports.
Published prices from 10 to 2,000 employees, and a custom quote if you're bigger than that.
The library covers the skills every team needs and nobody wants to build from scratch. Specifically, there are 700+ business soft skill micro courses across 39 categories, and each one takes 5 to 20 minutes. That means a manager can finish one between meetings, and a new hire can knock out three before lunch.
Every course follows the same pattern, so people always know what they're getting:
Courses are also grouped into curated pathways. Each pathway runs 2 to 4 hours over several weeks, so learning happens in small doses instead of one long, forgettable training day. For example, a new supervisor can start with The Accidental Leader or New Manager No Manual, while your front line takes Service That Sells.
Meanwhile, new hires get Job Ready Day One and sales reps get Sell Without the Sleaze. And anyone who has ever sent a confusing email can take Say What You Mean. Want to see the whole list first? Browse the online soft skills courses and pathways.
You get the same 700+ courses either way. The only difference is where they live.
Dedicated white-labeled academy
Your own academy on your domain with your branding. Specifically, you license the courses and own the academy, and you can also add your own courses.
One-time setup: $999
Shared platform
A branded space on our shared YourTrainingBase platform, the most cost-efficient option for smaller teams. Want your own dedicated academy anyway? It's also available for an additional charge.
One-time setup: $499
Example: a 100-person company pays $7,800 a year for the content license alone, or $15,800 fully managed. For every tier, see LMS pricing by headcount.
See the full price tableYou have two choices, and both use the same academy. First, your own team can run it. In that case, your admins enroll people, assign pathways, and check progress themselves. That works well when someone at your company already owns training.
Second, you can hand the day-to-day work to us with Program Management. Here's what it covers:
Program Management is priced by headcount, from $4,500 a year for 10 users to $18,000 a year for 2,000. At the top tier, a fully managed program works out to $2.00 per user per month. Also, nothing locks you in on day one: start with the license alone and add management later if you need it. For a closer look at the admin side, see the full list of learning management system features.
Platform setup, your branding applied, first pathways loaded and ready to assign.
Once people are enrolled, learning starts, self-paced, on pathways matched to what they need.
Monthly usage reports with Program Management show what is working, so the program keeps earning its spot in the budget.
Most companies are live within a few weeks of confirming a plan. A dedicated white-labeled academy, however, takes about a month.
Instead, license the courses as SCORM and Tin Can compatible files and import them into the system you already run. Take 1, 50, or all 700+.
The Instant Academy comes from The URL dr, a US-based e-learning agency with 18 years in the business. In other words, you're buying from a training company that also happens to run a platform, not a software reseller who also happens to sell courses.
Other organizations already run their own white-labeled academies on it, including Nonprofit Solutions, Peak Growth Solutions, and Coston Consulting. For example, Coston Consulting runs Coston Elevate as a branded academy for lawyers. See how it works in the Coston Elevate law firm training platform story, or read more white label LMS examples.

Prices are published on the page, not hidden behind a sales call. The content license runs from $3,000 a year for up to 10 people to $30,000 a year for up to 2,000. Program Management, by contrast, is optional and priced separately. A one-time setup fee also applies: $499 for the shared platform, $999 for a dedicated academy.
No. The content license stands alone if your team is comfortable handling enrollment and support. Also, you can add Program Management any time.

On dedicated academies, yes, whether we build them or you bring them from somewhere else.
Plans over 2,000 users are quoted individually. Book a demo and we'll build a quote for your size.
Contracts are annual. You can add users at any time, but we don't give refunds once a contract is paid. You can cancel any time before the renewal date, and any courses or content you added are yours to take.
Each micro course has learning objectives, a short video, a downloadable resource, knowledge checks, and a certificate. Most take 5 to 20 minutes, so people can finish one on a break.

Tell us about your team and we'll show you what your academy would look like. That way, you'll talk to the people who run the thing, not a script.
