A small US team, 18 years in business, and a founder who started her first company at age 11.
The Instant Academy is made by The URL dr, a white label LMS company and e-learning agency in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. We build custom training for big brands. Then we took everything we learned and packed it into a branded academy any organization can launch in a few weeks.
Why a white label LMS company built its own course library
The URL dr started building custom e-learning in 2020. Since then, we've made courses, videos, and branded learning sites for companies like Denny's, Johnson & Johnson, Whole Foods, and Microsoft. However, one request kept coming up: clients wanted ready-made soft skills training too, and they didn't want to wait months for it.
So we looked at the big course libraries. Most hand you thousands of videos, no starting point, and a price you only get after a sales call. In other words, they sell access, not results.
Instead, we built 700+ short, interactive micro courses and organized them into online soft skills courses pathways with a clear start and finish. Then we put them on a platform that carries your name, not ours, and we published the prices. That's The Instant Academy.

Meet Kim Merritt, founder of our white label LMS company
Kim started her first business at 11: a chocolate company. Apple became her biggest customer after Guy Kawasaki read about her running it on an Apple IIc. By 20, she had testified before a US Senate subcommittee on entrepreneurship.
The URL dr is her fourth company. After decades of running businesses, she knows how much a surprise bill can hurt. That's why every plan we sell has published prices and no hidden fees.
