Platform features
The Instant Academy is a cloud based learning management system. It comes with the learning management system features a full academy needs: sign-up, courses, pathways, certificates, checkout, and reporting. Plus, 700+ business soft skill micro courses are already inside.

For learners
Every micro course teaches one topic in 5 to 20 minutes. It also shows its value before anyone enrolls, so people know why it's worth their time. No hour-long lectures. No slide decks that never end.
On a dedicated academy, your logo, colors, and domain come first. As a result, learners never see ours.
Learners join with email or a social account, so there's one less password to forget. Options include Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Apple, and X.
Short pathways tell people where to start. Meanwhile, a dashboard with filters and search helps them find the rest.
Every learner gets progress tracking, plus a downloadable certificate for every course completed.
Courses work on the devices your people already carry, so learning fits into a working day. Want your own branded mobile app too? It's available as an upgrade.
Also add courses you already have, or have The URL dr build them, alongside the 700+ in the library.
A feature list only matters, however, if the pieces work together. So here's the path a learner takes on your academy, and what your admins see along the way.
First, learners join your branded site with email or a social account. There's no vendor login to remember.
Next, a curated pathway shows them where to begin. Each one runs 2 to 4 hours, spread over several weeks.
Each micro course takes 5 to 20 minutes, then ends with a knowledge check and a certificate.
Admins see who started and who finished. With Program Management, you also get monthly usage reports.
Pathways are the feature people notice first, because they solve the where-do-I-start problem. For example, The Accidental Leader and New Manager No Manual are built for people who just got promoted. Meanwhile, Service That Sells, Job Ready Day One, Sell Without the Sleaze, and Say What You Mean cover service teams, new hires, sales, and everyday communication.
Beyond the pathways, all 700+ courses sit in 39 categories. Then filters and search help people find the rest. In short, it's a microlearning platform that comes with a map. See all the online soft skills courses and pathways.
The library covers soft skills. Your company's own know-how is a different story. So on a dedicated academy, you can add your own courses right next to the 700+ in the library. That way, they live on the same site, behind the same sign-in.
You have two ways to get them there. First, bring courses you already have from somewhere else. Second, have The URL dr build them for you. Either way, your people see one academy, not two systems.
Also, nothing you add gets locked in. Contracts are annual, and you can cancel any time before renewal. In that case, the content you added is yours to take.
Need a course in more than one language? The URL dr also handles translation and localization. For example, our French and Spanish sample courses show how a translated course looks.
For associations, coaches, and consultants
Training can be a member benefit, a client perk, or a revenue line. Either way, the platform handles the selling for you. That's also why it works well as an LMS for associations and as a white label training platform for coaches.

Grow your reach
A built-in affiliate program gives partners their own links and then tracks what they bring in. As a result, you can pay for sales instead of ads.
For admins
First, your team can manage enrollment and reporting on its own. Alternatively, add Program Management, and we take it off your plate.

Rather not run it yourself? See what Program Management costs on our LMS pricing page.
In that case, skip the platform and license the courses as SCORM and Tin Can compatible files instead.
Under the hood, The Instant Academy runs on a proven commercial learning management system. The URL dr sets it up and supports it. In other words, you get LMS SaaS with a training company attached, instead of a login and a help article.
Plus, several organizations already run white-labeled academies on it, including Pamela J Green Solutions, Nonprofit Solutions, and Coston Consulting. For example, executive coach Pam Green launched the Leading with Influence Academy with 125 branded micro courses.
